We understand the experience gap that many face coming out of college. We feel that QuadCity is the ideal environment to get deep, authentic, hands-on ministry experience with the goal of eliminating ministry burnout by promoting healthy culture and ministry longevity. We are looking for someone who is desiring to learn and grow in one of the following areas: Kids Ministry, Student Ministry, Guest Services, Worship Ministry & Spanish Ministry.
